Payment Policies
DR. J. DAVID DUDLEY & ASSOCIATES will assist you with your dental insurance claim. Please bring your insurance card when you visit. In addition, we accept VISA , MASTERCARD, DEBIT CARDS and CASH.
Payment plans can be arranged. Be sure to ask for details at your next appointment.
